Privacy

This site is run by Mike Henderson, breathwork facilitator and trainer, contactable at purpose@mikehenderson.co or PO Box 2408, Clarkson WA 6030. This policy explains what personal information I collect and how I handle it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

When you fill in a form, I collect what you give me: your name, email address, and where relevant your phone number, organisation, team size, message and how you found me. I also record the date, time and page of any consent you give to receive emails. A cookie remembers which link brought you to the site, for up to 90 days.

When you book a session, booking and payment details are collected by the booking and payment services I use. Before a first session you complete a short health screen. Health information is stored separately, seen only by the facilitator running your session, and never used for marketing.

How I use it

To reply to you, deliver what you asked for, run sessions and training safely, and, if you agreed, send you emails about breathwork, sessions and training. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Who else handles it

Your details are stored in the customer relationship and email system I use (GoHighLevel), and bookings and payments are handled by my booking and payment providers. Some of these services store data outside Australia, including in the United States. I do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing purpose@mikehenderson.co. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, tell me first, and you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
